The property practitioner Act offers truly necessary insurance to consumers by forcing a commitment on Property Practitioners to demand merchants or lessors to deliver a properly finished and marked required revelation structure. This is a structure that unveils all deformities on the property that are known to the merchant or the lessor. In terms of Section 67 of the Act, a Property Practitioner may not accept a mandate if this form is not produced.
